Japanese journalist Jumpei Yasuda feared missing in Syria

Reasons for alarm are mounting for an independent Japanese war columnist who has not been gotten notification from for over three weeks, in the wake of advising a companion he was wanting to enter Syria.

On June 23, Jumpei Yasuda, 41, told a nearby companion via telephone from Turkey of his arrangements to enter the war-torn nation. Yasuda had already reported from Syria.

The companion, who would not have liked to be named, said he trusted it was exceptionally likely Yasuda was being held by Islamic aggressors.

Yasuda's Twitter account, beforehand presented on much of the time, has not been overhauled subsequent to June 20.

His last tweet alluded to difficulties to his reporting which had turn into "no snickering matter," and said it is hard to keep making redesigns about his work on websites and online networking continuously.
