EU countries must acknowledge up to 200,000 displaced people as a major aspect of a "typical method" to supplant their "piecemeal" way to deal with the vagrant emergency, the UN says.

Antonio Guterres, leader of the UN displaced person office, said the EU must activate "full constrain" for the emergency, calling it a "vital turning point".
