Bride Dies in Motorcycle Crash on Way to Reception Minutes After Marrying New Husband

Jana Miles-Burnett traded promises with William Burnett, 31, in a city park in Buckner, Illinois around 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

The couple had met through companions and chose to marry after a tornado sentiment, family told INSIDE EDITION.

"Following two months, they knew they needed to be as one," the lady's little girl, Sarah Smillie, said.

"There wasn't a period that I had seen her more content. On the off chance that they were as one, she was grinning," Smillie, 22, told IE.

The wedding function mirrored their relationship and was light and brimming with affection, she said.

"I've never been to a wedding where there was so much giggling. They were lurching over one another's words on the grounds that they were apprehensive, yet they were giggling," Smillie said. "It was the most casual and entertaining thing I've ever seen at a wedding."

In the wake of being claimed spouse and wife, the couple bounced on Burnett's bike and waved on family to begin a parade to the gathering, Smillie's spouse, Khole Smillie said.
