Charged sex assailant Bill Cosby flew out of Philadelphia Wednesday night on his $3million private plane - after a waiting embrace with the prominent lawyer who has promised to excuse him.

The disfavored entertainer, 78, disregarded his court appearance by joining loved ones for a dinner Wednesday evening at his sprawling house in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania.

His lawyer, Monique Pressley - a previous DA and TV legitimate examiner - tended to correspondents outside the seven-room property, vowing to demonstrate her rich customer's innocence and saying he was 'doing and also anticipated'.

'We anticipate that him will be completely absolved and we are really happy that we have a chance to have these matters ferreted out in court,' she said.

'Absolutely, it is a frustrating day. It's pitiful for his lawful group and his family that he would be dragged through this, this would be a political move, this would be the satisfaction of the crusade guarantee, rather than something that is essential.'

Cosby is blamed for tranquilizing and sexually attacking Andrea Constand at that same chateau in January 2004. The body of evidence against him developed days before Pennsylvania's 12-year statute of impediment due date for squeezing charges was going to run out and in spite of a past DA declining to charge Cosby 10 years prior.
