PDP's National Publicity Secretary, Mr Olisa Metuh, has opened his resistance at a Federal High Court in Abuja, Nigeria's capital.

Mr Metuh on Monday, called his first observer with regards to the instance of debasement leveled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

At the continued trial, Mr Ike Agbenna who functioned as a media advisor to the PDP representative, said that the then pioneer of the gathering, previous President Goodluck Jonathan and individuals from the gathering subsidized the Office of the National Publicity Secretary of the PDP.

This was challenged by the prosecutor, who told the court that he has proof of unlawful money related exchange between the previous National Security Adviser, Colonel Sambo Dasuki (Rtd) and Mr Metuh.

Having listened to the affirmation of the first and final observer of the day, Justice Okon Abang deferred the case till April 20 for round of questioning and continuation of trial.

Taking after the judge's decision, guidance to the gatherings, Sylvanus Tahir, and Emeka Etiaba (SAN), restated their dedication to demonstrate their case.
