Freak Show star Ben Woolf has died at the age of 34.

The actor suffered a stroke at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after being hit in the head by a passing car last week, reports TMZ.
A statement from the family of the star - who played Meep in the popular US horror series - confirmed the news.
They said: "We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from all over the world for our beloved Ben.He touched so many hearts in his 34 years. His memory will live on within each of us and within his work."
His publicists ZTPR added: "Ben was one-of-a-kind, and will never be forgotten... The time we all shared together will be remembered forever. We are still all shocked by this tragic news."

It is believed the 4'4" actor was struck by the side-view mirror of an SUV as he tried to cross the road in Hollywood last Thursday night.
