Cecil the lion: No charges for Walter Palmer, says Zimbabwe

The US dental practitioner who started a universal objection in the wake of executing a lion in Zimbabwe won't be indicted in light of the fact that he had acquired the legitimate power to chase, authorities say.

Walter Palmer confessed to slaughtering Cecil the lion in July however has dependably denied that he acted illicitly.

Zimbabwe's Environment Minister Oppah Muchinguri said he couldn't be charged as every one of his "papers were all together".

Mrs Muchinguri said Zimbabwe would now audit how it issues chasing licenses.
