The proprietor of Africa Independent Television, Mr Raymond Dokpesi, has argued not liable to a six-tally charge of false and degenerate act favored against him by the Federal legislature of Nigeria.
Mr Dokpesi was charged on Wednesday under the watchful eye of a Federal High Court managed by Justice Gabriel Kolawole in Abuja, Nigeria's capital.
He said he was by no means liable, as the charges favored against him were not genuine.
