The Commander-in-Chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces, President Muhammadu Buhari, has timed 73 years on Thursday.
President Buhari may not be keen on revealing the drums to stamp his birthday yet the Guards Brigade did that for him.
A unit of the Guards Brigade joined the President's official guides at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, where a quiet military parade was held in his honor.
A portion of the military presentations may have helped President Buhari to remember his days as a youthful military officer.
Not long after the parade, the Commandant of the Guards Brigade congratulated with the President and in addition introduced a goliath card to him.
He asked that God reinforces the Commander-in-Chief as he handles the grave undertaking of administration.
