Nigerian chief conventional ruler, Ooni loses grandma

The unavoidable end has killed the 104 year old fatherly grandma of the Nigerian first customary ruler, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Mariani Adeyemi Ogunwusi.

An announcement by the Ooni's Director of Media, Moses Olafare, said Madam Ogunwusi, who lost her second kid, Prince Isaac Olufemi Ogunwusi, and her spouse, Prince Olaobaju Joseph Ogunwusi in 1995 and 1998 individually, kicked the bucket at 4:30am in her Ile-Ife home.

"It's imperative to express that the late Madam Ogunwusi affectionately called Mama Alaso may have had a feeling of her passing as she had in the most recent one month been putting the Ooni's photo on her mid-section either while resting or sitting and continually saying 'God I thank you for being alive to witness a fantasy of more than 40 years. I am presently prepared to come back to you in paradise for an unending length of time and i will have the capacity to tell my spouse of this sign of our 1974 dream.'

"Her remaining parts will be buried on April 22. Might her spirit rest in peace," the announcement said.

Late Ogunwusi is made due by her child, the Ooni's dad, Prince Oluropo Ogunwusi, and 12 grandchildren.
