Nasser al-Bahri - Osama Bin Laden's previous bodyguard - has kicked the bucket after a long ailment, restorative sources in Yemen.

They said Mr Bahri, a Yemeni national, passed away on Saturday in a healing facility in the southern city of Mukalla. He is accepted to have been in his 40s.

Mr Bahri, otherwise called Abu Jandal, was likewise a driver for the late al-Qaeda pioneer, when he was in Afghanistan.
