The new records will be accessible from 1 January to individuals who neglect to fit the bill for a full current record.

It takes after an understanding between the Treasury and the business in December a year ago.

Nine million fundamental record holders will now not be charged for missing an immediate charge installment, or a standing request.

"One bank charges £150 a quarter, and such expenses can be represent the deciding moment for a few individuals," said Kevin Mountford, head of keeping money with

"It will be something worth being thankful for if some of these extortionate expenses are annihilated."
