Lassa Fever:Three individuals have been affirmed dead at the Saint Louis Specialist Hospital in Zonkwa, Zango Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State taking after the flare-up of Lassa fever in the state.

The state's Commissioner for Health, Professor Jonathan Nok, who affirmed the episode to newsmen on Monday, said that a restorative specialist, a medical caretaker and a pregnant lady were among the expired.

He said that the specialist and medical caretaker hinted at Lassa fever not long after working a pregnant lady who was gotten from another doctor's facility in Kafanchan, and later kicked the bucket couple of days after they were tried positive to the savage illness.

He said that the influenced doctor's facilities have been put under confinement with the aim of following the essential and auxiliary contacts with the expired.

The Commissioner encouraged inhabitants not to freeze as government is on top of the circumstance, while he prompted them to keep up individual cleanliness around their homes.
