Zimbabwe's decision party has been censured for facilitating extravagant 92nd birthday festivities for President Robert Mugabe while swathes of the populace face sustenance deficiencies.
The occasion allegedly cost just about $800,000 (£575,000).
The restriction Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) called the festivals "foul".
Mr Mugabe has overwhelmed Zimbabwe legislative issues since freedom from the UK in 1980.
