The Nigerian Senate is to start the procedure of issuing a capture warrant to previous EFCC Chairman, Mr Ibrahim Lamorde.

At the continuation of authoritative procedures on Thursday, the Senate coordinated its Committee on Ethics Privileges and Public Petition to start the procedure of issuing a warrant of capture to the previous Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over charges of occupying EFCC's recuperated plunder.

The Senate Committee on Ethics is prescribing that a capture warrant be issued to the previous hostile to unite organization supervisor for neglecting to show up before the board, in spite of a few welcomes from the council.

The Ethics Committee has been exploring charges leveled on Mr Lamorde by an applicant, Mr George Uboh, who is requesting that the Senate research the Former EFCC Chairman over assertions of Financial Crime and Corruption while in office.
