Rafael Nadal arrangements to sue an ex-French government priest who said his seven-month nonattendance in 2012 was "most likely because of a positive doping test".

The Spaniard is angry with remarks made by Roselyne Bachelot, who was earlier Minister for Health and Sport.

The 14-time Grand Slam victor, 29, says he will sue any other individual who asserts "something comparative in the future"Nadal says he is burnt out on the affirmations and is no more arranged to give them a chance to pass unchallenged.

"A pastor of France ought to be not kidding," he said. "This time is an ideal opportunity to conflict with her. We are going to sue her.

"This will be the last one, since I'm going to sue her. I am drained about these things. I let it go a couple times before. Not any more."

Bachelot, 69, served as Minister for Health and Sport from 2007 until 2010, under the legislature of previous president Nicolas Sarkozy.
