Weapon shots and blasts were heard while white smoke was found in the zone as police moved in on Abdeslam, who had been on the keep running for 126 days


The world's most needed man, a prime suspect in the Paris terrorist assaults, has been injured and caught in a sensational police strike in Brussels. 

Salah Abdeslam, 26, was shot in the leg by police commandos taking after a four-month worldwide manhunt and has been captured in the locale of Molenbeek in the Belgian capital. 

'We got him,' France's clergyman for refuge and movement Theo Francken reported as a video of him being dragged away by police rose. 

Officers with uproar shields cordoned off the range and started emptying local people as they proceeded with their operation in the summary Brussels suburb after Abdeslam was caught. 

Television cameras recorded a progression of blasts and the sound of new gunfire in the territory at around 6.20pm, around two hours after Abdeslam's capture.
