talks: Cameron says UK will get new arrangement in 2016

David Cameron has said the UK will "on a very basic level change" its association with the EU in 2016, after chats with EU pioneers in Brussels.

The UK leader said he was a "stage closer" to getting the changes he needed, which he will put to the British individuals in a choice.

He said it would be "really tight" to get it by February as he had trusted - yet it would happen one year from now.

Eurosceptics said his change requests were insignificant.

What's more, Labor pioneer Jeremy Corbyn said he trusted little of substance would be secured in the following six weeks before EU pioneers meet once more.
